HAND MADE ARTISAN FARMHOUSE CHEESE
Our Cheese is made right here on the farm. We currently make cheese three days per week, in small batches and a number of different cheese styles and are always trying out new ideas.
Cheese is made in the purpose built cheese making facility attached to the cafe, where there is a viewing window.
Cheeses include: Brie, Camembert, Haloumi, Ricotta, Feta, Washed Rind, Parmesan, Colby, Gouda and Quark styles.
Feta is available in various marinades of oil and spices including Lemon Myrtle, Peppercorn, Tuscan herbs and Chilli.
